JMG revitalizes recruitment with Salesforce and Connexys via PossibilIT



PossibilIT optimises recruitment processes and develops efficient functionalities with Salesforce and Connexys for JMG.

Task: JMG wants to report to customers faster and more professionally and to relieve its own employees by automating processes.

Solution: By deploying Salesforce with Connexys, JMG is able to optimise and partly automate their recruitment processes. In addition, our digital experts have developed functionalities that make work more efficient for JMG's employees.


JMG is a recruitment agency that includes three labels: Good Company, &Work and JouwICTvacature. They are always innovating on technology and strategy to provide the best service for customers and candidates. This is why PossibilIT was engaged to build a CRM system to optimise the various processes within JMG.

With the CRM system, the consultants working in the Sales and Resource teams can more efficiently acquire new customers and look for suitable candidates for clients. We like to think along with the client and what else we can offer to achieve the best result. Therefore, during this project, in addition to Salesforce and Connexys, several customised functionalities were built by our own digital experts. Thanks to automatic reports and a 'Highlights page', among other things, PossibilIT was able to relieve the Sales and Resource consultants of even more work and serve customers even better.

Connecting better

The implementation allows JMG to communicate with its customers easier and faster. By allowing Salesforce to automatically generate reports in PDF at the touch of a button, the customer can get an interim overview of the various searches and applicants. This gives the customer a quick real-time interim overview of the status of the collaboration with JMG, without requiring additional manual actions from JMG.

Furthermore, PossibilIT has set up a 'highlights page' via a piece of customisation, where the Sales and Resource consultants can see at a glance the status for an account and its related searches ('Extensive Searches'), packages ('Packages') and job applications ('Job Applications').
